Salcombe, one of the most beautiful sailing and fishing centres in the country, is situated near the mouth of Salcombe estuary, which provides both a natural sheltered harbour for boats and safe sandy beaches. The estuary was designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest in 1987 and a Local Nature Reserve in 1992.

The Southernmost town in the South Hams, its maze of streets lead down to the delightful waterfront. Salcombe is surrounded by the beautiful Devon countryside and a spectacular coastline. A designated area of outstanding beauty, unspoilt beaches and Britain's mildest climate make Salcombe the perfect family holiday venue.

A recently refurbished detached house and with self-contained top floor studio furnished and decorated to a very high standard.  House and Studio have separate access but can be linked for a party of 8 by first floor interconnecting door. Stripped wooden flooring throughout with rugs.  Gas fired central heating and hot water.  Telephone receiving incoming calls and local calls only.  Strictly no smoking and or pets.

Outside  Lawned and paved area to the front of property with garden seat.  Enclosed private back garden with palm trees, mature shrubs and lawn.  Sunny patio with teak table and chairs to seat 8 and barbeque.

Location
An established and quiet residential location within 10 minutes walk of the town. A small supermarket is close by.

Magnificent all round panoramic views over the estuary and the surrounding countryside towards South Pool Creek, Kingsbridge estuary, Blanksmill, Goodshelter, and the harbour from bedroom, bathroom and studio flat.

Special Merit
High internal standard and lovely views from bedrooms and en-suite bathroom.

Security deposit:  A deposit of £150 is required on this property.

High Season: £1,250 (per week)
Spring Bank Holiday 26 May - 1 June
July and August
Christmas - New Year 22 December - 4 January

Mid Season: £950 (per week) & low season £600 (per week)

Studio flat can be let separately to sleep 2 - price on application.
